In our fast-moving digital world, paper is essential for us to take time and stay in touch with the material world.
In 2012, Sylvie Bétard founded La Petite Papeterie Française, an online shop with a carefully selected range of stationery and office accessories.
Inspired by the title of a book found at a second-hand market, “La longue histoire d’une petite papeterie française” [The Long History of a Little French Stationers], the love of objects is what matters here: beautiful, quality products which are well-made but also respect the environment and society.
In response to its customers, La Petite Papeterie Française then started to develop its own product line, with the objective of creating stationery and everyday tools which add value and well-being in the office.
The Slow Office Manifest is the fruit of this new office « art de vivre » , defining and establishing the shape of this way of being.
Through a partnership with the high-end manufacturer G.Lalo, part of the Exacompta-Clairefontaine group, La Petite Papeterie Française is developing its rst collections around a variety of themes: home and office products but also timeless objects and exceptional collaborations.
With beautiful colours and quality, responsible materials, all the products are eco-designed and made in France, mostly in Paris, thanks to the excellence of artisan expertise.
Now recognised for its quality products and values, La Petite Papeterie Française is satisfying the needs of major French brands through L’Atelier, its bespoke design and production studio.
